Quotation and finalization of the order takes place according to recorded procedures in conformity with ISO 9002.

After the offer has been submitted and the order accepted, the progress of the project - upon consultation with the customer - is laid down in a project plan. Subsequently - also upon close consultation with the customer - engineering is effected with the aid of AutoCAD. If necessary the exchange of drawing files can be realized by e-mail.

Upon approval of the drawings by the customer manufacturing is: started, during which quality is continually guarded and documented.

Quality Check:

Depending on the products in question the quality checks to be executed are: specification of materials, documented with certificates; dimension tolerance; surface roughness measuring; X-ray examination - of welds; Leak-tightness checks with helium leak detecting equipment; rest gas analysis through quadrupole mass spectrometer system.

Installation and/or final delivery on location is also executed upon close consultation with the customer.

Specialized manufacturing processes, such as for instance vacuum soldering and heat, treatment, are entrusted to certified sub suppliers.
